楊瀚森曾經(jīng)的主教練、來自淄博十一中籃球隊主教練張鋒說道：“楊瀚森是2020年從淄博體校考入我校，訓(xùn)練中他非?？炭啵蛏毯芨?，對技戰(zhàn)術(shù)的領(lǐng)悟，對比賽的理解非常到位。他很謙虛，對自己的要求很高，訓(xùn)練中經(jīng)常主動加練。有一次和省內(nèi)的高校比賽，那時候他才高一，比賽輸了，他坐在場邊復(fù)盤，找出了自己三條不足，在訓(xùn)練中提高，在比賽中磨礪，在挑戰(zhàn)中成長，很快就超過了他同年齡的孩子，是我們的絕對主力，代表我們淄博十一中參加20-21年耐高聯(lián)賽，拿下亞軍，代表山東省參加全國中運會拿下第三。”
