Apparently Melina Kennedy was calling the black D's telling them to vote no and they'd just pass it when she became Mayor. Nice!Really? So let me get this straight. Kennedy was calling black Democrats to tell them to vote against a highly unpopular proposal (70% of the people opposed it in a poll), so she can as Mayor push it through and take the political hit instead of Ballard? Yeah, that makes sense.
