“Throughout history, it has been the inaction of those who could have acted; the indifference of those who should have known better; the silence of the voice of justice when it mattered most; that has made it possible for evil to triumph.”
Haile Selassie
Well on the computer at work it printed off large with only a 1/4 of the card on the page. My home computer printed it off fine though. It does help though if you put it on all black print.
Check to see what file extention is displayed on the work computer. Bit Map images always print off the way you discribed. It might be that the work computer is set at default to open all images as Bit Maps
I viewed the source after I displayed the bingo card and the file type is png which is a bitmapped file type; png is an acromnym for portable network graphics.

That is just funny, unfortunately the facts are true, but funny none the less.
I couldn't figure out how to set it up so you could just print it out. Changing the image size in blogger when I posted it didn't matter matter.
Instructions on how to print it out so it fits all on one page would be appreciated.

I just clicked the image and then printed and it came out perfectly centered on the page.
It didn't work for me for some reason.
How does it print out for you?
